That’s over 2 decades! It started with French in primary school because we got croissants at the end of term, which was reason enough for me to keep going. That's what they mean when they says children learn languages easily...
I've self-studied over 15 languages to conversational & beyond.

I studied my BA in Modern Languages with a French & Spanish focus.
I did this via part time distance learning with The Open University. That means I got to work, travel, learn, and live all at the same time. The stinky uni dorms and student debt put me off a brick university.
